Description

A crunchy, creamy Apple Cranberry Coleslaw with yogurt dressing, walnuts, and a touch of honeyed ginger — perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

14 oz bag 3-color coleslaw mix

1 large apple, chopped (Honeycrisp or Fuji)

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup chopped walnuts

4 green onions, sliced

¾ cup mayo

¾ cup plain yogurt or sour cream

¼ cup honey

¾ tsp dried ground ginger

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix coleslaw, apple, cranberries, walnuts, and green onions.

2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together mayo, yogurt, honey, and ginger until smooth.

3. Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss evenly.

4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, reduce mayo and yogurt slightly.

Add pomegranate seeds or swap maple syrup for honey for a festive twist.
