Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
3 apples, peeled and diced
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
¾ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
3. Fold in sour cream; pour mixture over crust.
4. Cook apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice until thick.
5. Spread apple filling over cheesecake batter.
6. Combine crumble topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
7. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until the center is set.
8. Cool completely and refrigerate overnight before serving.
Notes
Use a water bath to prevent cracks.
Choose firm apples like Granny Smith.
Chill overnight for best texture.
