Description

A refreshing blend of crisp apples, juicy grapes, toasted pecans, and chewy dried cranberries tossed in a creamy honey-yogurt dressing — perfect as a side or light lunch.

Ingredients

Scale

4 medium-sized apples, cored and chopped

1 cup seedless grapes, halved

1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Chop apples and halve grapes.

2. Toast pecans in a dry pan for 5 minutes.

3. Combine apples, grapes, pecans, and cranberries in a bowl.

4. Whisk yogurt, honey, vinegar, and cinnamon in another bowl.

5. Pour dressing over fruit mixture and toss gently.

6. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for warmth or mint leaves for freshness.
