Description

Warm, buttery biscuits stuffed with roast beef and provolone cheese, brushed with herb butter, and served with rich beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 slices deli roast beef

8 slices provolone cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup beef broth


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and flatten each one slightly.

3. Place a slice of roast beef and provolone cheese on each biscuit.

4. Fold edges over filling, pinching to seal.

5. Arrange seam-side down in prepared dish.

6. Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

7. Brush butter mixture generously over biscuits.

8. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.

9. Warm beef broth in a saucepan for dipping.

10. Serve biscuits warm with broth on the side.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. These biscuits can be made ahead and reheated. Great for parties, holidays, or weeknight dinners.
