Ingredients

Scale

34 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces

Olive oil

2 tbsp mayo

4 tbsp sour cream

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

1/2 tsp sriracha

1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients for the bang bang sauce until smooth.

2. Place the chopped chicken into a large zip-locking bag or container and add half of the sauce.

3. Seal and coat evenly, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

4. Preheat the grill and brush it lightly with olive oil.

5. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.

6. Grill for 4–5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and lightly charred.

7. Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.

8. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the chicken skewers and serve immediately.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Adjust the sriracha level for more or less heat.

Serve with rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
