Description

Blueberry Yogurt Bites are a quick, refreshing frozen snack made with juicy blueberries and creamy Greek yogurt. Perfect for healthy summer treats and kid-friendly snacking.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. Stick a cookie sheet in the freezer for at least 1 hour before making the yogurt bites.

2. Wash and dry the blueberries.

3. Take a cookie sheet and place a sheet of wax or parchment paper over it.

4. Take a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt and put it into a bowl or a cup.

5. Take each blueberry and skewer it with a toothpick. Dip each blueberry completely into the yogurt, then place on the wax/parchment paper.

6. Keep going until you run out of blueberries or yogurt.

7. Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the yogurt is frozen and set.

8. Peel each frozen blueberry away from the wax/parchment paper and place into a freezer-safe bag or container.

9. Return to the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for better coating.

Make sure blueberries are fully dry before dipping.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
