Description

Creamy, cheesy Cheeseburger Pasta made with ground beef, tender pasta, and real cheddar for a comforting one-pan dinner.


Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon onion powder

16 ounces pasta (uncooked)

8 ounces cream cheese

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup milk


Instructions

1. Cook pasta per package instructions to al dente.

2. Brown the hamburger meat in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.

3. Return meat to skillet and add cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder.

4. Stir until melted and combined.

5. Slowly add milk while stirring to make a smooth sauce.

6. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Serve warm.

Notes

Add pickles, mustard, or extra cheddar for a fun twist.

Reheat with a splash of milk to keep it creamy.
