Description
Cheesy layered cheeseburger pockets baked with potatoes and seasoned ground beef for a comforting family dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3–4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
2. Cook ground beef with onion until browned; drain fat.
3. Layer sliced potatoes and season.
4. Add beef and sprinkle cheese.
5. Repeat layers.
6. Mix soup, milk, and garlic powder.
7. Pour sauce over layers.
8. Bake covered for 1 hour.
9. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden.
