Description
Rich, creamy cheesecake bars layered over a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with chocolate chip cookie dough – the perfect dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (16 graham cracker sheets)
9 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Cheesecake
2 8 oz. pgks Cream Cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cookie Dough Topping
11 tablespoons butter softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13 pan with foil and nonstick spray.
2. Mix crust ingredients until moistened and press into pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread over crust.
4. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add egg, then flour and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Flatten pieces of cookie dough and place over cheesecake layer. Bake 50–60 minutes until golden.
6. Cool completely, then chill before slicing into bars.
Notes
Store cheesecake bars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
