Description

These cheesy pizza pockets are a quick, gooey, kid-friendly dinner packed with flavor. Ready in minutes and customizable for any craving.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tube refrigerated pizza crust

6 tablespoons pasta or marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

About 12 slices of pepperoni

Dried oregano, for optional garnish

Olive oil, for optional brushing


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Unroll pizza dough and slice into 6 squares.

3. Add 1 tbsp sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on one half.

4. Fold diagonally, seal with fork.

5. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle oregano.

6. Bake 10–13 minutes until golden and bubbly.

7. Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.

Notes

You can freeze unbaked pockets for up to 2 months.

Try adding extra cheese, veggies, or cooked sausage for variety.
