Crispy, golden chicken egg rolls packed with flavor and perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground chicken

2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic

1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1 green onion, thinly sliced

14 egg roll wrappers

2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 Tablespoon water

3 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

1. In a large, deep skillet add the vegetable oil. Heat oil over medium-low heat until it reaches 375°F.

2. In another skillet, cook ground chicken with garlic and ginger until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onion. Stir-fry 5 minutes.

4. Mix flour and water to make sealing paste.

5. Lay a wrapper with a corner toward you, add ¼ cup filling, fold bottom, sides, and roll. Seal top with paste.
