Description

A warm Cinnamon Apple Cobbler made with fresh baked apples, rich cinnamon flavor, and a soft golden topping—perfect homemade fall dessert.


Ingredients

5 Apples

½ c brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

6 Tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 c flour

½ c white sugar

2 tsp baking powder

¾ c milk


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Wash, peel, and core the apples. Slice into medium thin pieces.

3. Place apples in a bowl and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon.

4. Melt butter in baking dish in oven for 3 minutes.

5. Add apple mixture to dish and bake for 10 minutes.

6. Mix flour, white sugar, baking powder, milk, and vanilla extract.

7. Pour batter over apples evenly.

8. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.

9. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.

Do not skip pre-baking apples for deeper flavor.
