  • Author: William Cantor

Description

Crispy Crab Rangoon Bombs filled with creamy crab and fried until golden brown. Perfect for parties and seafood lovers.

Ingredients

Scale

12 wonton wrappers

1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

2 green onions (finely chopped)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp soy sauce

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until fully combined.

2. Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold diagonally into a triangle. Seal tightly.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

4. Fry in batches of three to four until golden brown and crisp, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.

Serve warm with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.

You can bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes as a lighter option.
