Description

A creamy, cheesy, hearty crack breakfast casserole loaded with sausage, bacon, and hash browns. Perfect for holidays or weekend brunch.


Ingredients

1 pound pork sausage

1 pound bacon, chopped

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

1 cup milk

8 large eggs

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed

1 packet ranch seasoning

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, cook sausage and bacon until browned. Drain fat.

2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, eggs, ranch, and spices.

3. Add cooked meats, hash browns, and 1 cup cheese. Mix well.

4. Pour into greased 9×13-inch dish. Top with remaining cheese.

5. Bake covered at 350°F for 50–60 minutes. Remove foil; bake 8–10 minutes more.

6. Let rest before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

You can make it the night before and bake in the morning.

Freezes well for up to three months.

Great for brunch, holidays, or weekend gatherings.
