Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a creamy, rich, and comforting slow cooker meal made with tender chicken, parmesan garlic sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners.
Ingredients
1 (12 oz) bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
1.5 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
12 to 16 oz pasta (rotini or penne), cooked
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in the crockpot
2. Pour the entire bottle of parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken
3. Add milk to the empty bottle, shake well, then pour into the crockpot
4. Add cream cheese and parmesan cheese, then stir slightly to combine
5. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 3 to 4 hours
6. Remove cooked chicken, shred or dice into bite-sized pieces
7. Return chicken to the crockpot and stir into the sauce
8. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well
9. Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix until fully coated
Notes
Use rotini or penne to hold the creamy sauce better
Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep the sauce smooth
You can add broccoli or spinach for extra flavor and texture
Do not overcook pasta before mixing into the sauce
