Description
Flaky puff pastry wrapped around creamy brie with cranberry and rosemary makes a perfect quick tapas dish for any gathering.
Ingredients
1 wheel of brie cheese
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
Crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Remove packaging from brie and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Warm cranberry sauce over low heat and stir in rosemary and nuts.
4. Roll out puff pastry and place brie in center.
5. Spoon cranberry mixture over brie.
6. Fold pastry over brie and seal edges with beaten egg.
7. Brush entire pastry with egg wash.
8. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
9. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices.
Notes
Leave the rind on the brie.
Serve immediately for best texture.
