Fire Cracker Dip is a creamy, bold, spicy appetizer dip loaded with cheese, ranch seasoning, green chilies, and jalapeños. Perfect easy party snack served with crackers.
Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian dressing mix
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, undrained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (adjust to taste)
Crackers, for serving
Instructions
1. Ensure cream cheese is softened. Microwave in 15-second intervals if needed.
2. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Mix in ranch and Italian dressing mix.
4. Add undrained green chilies and stir.
5. Fold in cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
6. Add green onions and jalapeños. Adjust spice level.
7. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
8. Stir before serving and transfer to serving bowl.
9. Serve with crackers and garnish if desired.

Chill overnight for best flavor.
