Festive Fireworks Oreo cheesecake bars made with a no bake Oreo cheesecake filling, colorful crust, and popping candy for patriotic holidays.

25 Golden Oreos crushed

6 tablespoons butter melted

Red gel food coloring optional

32 ounces cream cheese room temperature

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces Cool Whip

16 Fireworks Oreo cookies chopped

1 package red or blue pop rocks optional

Additional chopped cookies for topping

Red white and blue sprinkles

1. Crush cookies into fine crumbs.

2. Mix crumbs with melted butter and food coloring.

3. Press into 9×13 dish and freeze 15 to 30 minutes.

4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well.

6. Fold in chopped Oreos and Cool Whip.

7. Spread filling over crust.

8. Refrigerate 4 hours until firm.

9. Top with cookies sprinkles and pop rocks before serving.

Add pop rocks right before serving.

Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.

Freeze up to 1 month.
