Description

A quick and delicious flatbread pizza loaded with cheesy ground beef, pickles, and all your favorite hamburger toppings.


Ingredients

2 stone-fired flatbreads

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 lb ground beef

6 slices American cheese

2 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick

2 pickles, thinly sliced

1 lb whole milk mozzarella cheese, freshly grated

Ketchup and mustard, for drizzling

Garlic aioli and baby arugula, for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Brush melted butter around the edges of the flatbreads and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes.

3. Brown ground beef in a skillet, season, and drain excess grease.

4. Add American cheese slices to beef; stir until melted.

5. Drizzle ketchup and mustard on the flatbreads, top with mozzarella, beef mixture, tomatoes, and pickles.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden.

7. Garnish with garlic aioli and arugula. Slice and serve.
