Description

A creamy, spicy football dip layered with seasoned beef, salsa, cream cheese, and cheddar — perfect for game day!


Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 tbsp taco seasoning

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 oz) jar salsa (mild, medium, or hot)

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large skillet, cook beef until no pink remains. Drain and stir in taco seasoning.

3. Spread softened cream cheese in the bottom of a pie dish.

4. Layer salsa over the cream cheese.

5. Spoon beef mixture over salsa.

6. Top with shredded cheddar.

7. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetables.
