Ingredients

Any flavor of yogurt

A small sheet pan or tray for the freezer

Parchment paper

Plastic bag for piping

Optional toppings (diced strawberries, blueberries, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips)

Instructions

1. Line a small sheet pan or tray with parchment paper

2. Make sure the tray fits in your freezer

3. Fill a plastic bag with yogurt and cut a small hole in one corner

4. Pipe bite-size blobs of yogurt onto the tray with space between each

5. Add optional toppings like fruit, sprinkles, or chocolate chips

6. Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours or overnight

7. Remove frozen yogurt bites using a spatula or hands

8. Store in a freezer-safe container until ready to eat

Notes

Do not overcrowd the yogurt bites as they spread slightly

If covering, use foil instead of plastic wrap to avoid sticking
