Description
Garlic Butter Steak Sauce with creamy Parmesan sauce served over juicy ribeye steaks for an easy beef dinner.
Ingredients
4 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Season ribeye steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
3. Once butter melts and bubbles, add steaks and cook 4-5 minutes on one side.
4. Flip steaks, add remaining butter and minced garlic, and cook 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
5. Remove steaks and let rest.
6. Reduce heat slightly, add heavy cream to skillet, and simmer until slightly thickened.
7. Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
8. Taste sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
9. Slice steaks, plate, drizzle Parmesan cream sauce on top, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Let steaks rest before slicing.
Stir sauce continuously after adding Parmesan to prevent clumping.
