Grilled Pizza with crispy crust, melted cheese, and smoky flavor. Perfect for summer outdoor cooking and BBQ nights.
Ingredients
Pizza dough – homemade or store-bought
Olive oil (for brushing the dough)
Pizza sauce (your favorite)
Cheese (mozzarella or mixed cheeses)
Toppings you like (pepperoni, veggies, grilled chicken, pineapple, etc.)
Instructions
1. Preheat gas grill to medium-high (about 500°F/260°C) and clean the grates.
2. Divide dough into pieces and roll thinly. Place on foil brushed with olive oil.
3. Spread sauce over dough and add cheese and toppings.
4. Place pizzas on grill, close lid, and check after about 1 minute.
5. Cook about 3 minutes total until cheese melts and crust browns. Remove and add fresh toppings before serving.
Notes
Do not use too much sauce to avoid soggy crust.
Grill quickly and watch carefully to prevent burning.
