Ingredients

Scale

Cooking oil of choice

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

Kosher salt

Pepper

BBQ seasoning blend

3 tablespoons BBQ sauce

2 tablespoons hot honey

4 large burrito size flour tortillas

3 cups shredded cheese

1/2 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Sour cream (optional)

Jalapenos (optional)

Instructions

3. Add BBQ sauce and hot honey. Cook 2 more minutes, mixing well.

4. Remove chicken, scrape griddle clean, and lower heat to medium-low.

5. Add oil and lay tortillas flat.

6. Sprinkle half the cheese on one side of each tortilla.

7. Add chicken, drizzle more BBQ sauce and hot honey, add cilantro if desired, then remaining cheese.

8. Fold tortillas over and cook 1–2 minutes per side until crisp and cheese melts.

Notes

Adjust hot honey for more or less heat.

Use thighs for juicier texture.
