Ice Cream Tacos are a fun summer dessert made with waffle tacos, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and cherries.

10 frozen waffles

3 cups vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

10 maraschino cherries

1. Lay frozen waffles flat on a cookie sheet and allow to thaw for about 10 minutes.

2. Form each waffle into a taco shape and fit together side-by-side in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

3. Fill each taco evenly with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

4. Freeze until firm.

5. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry.

6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Keep frozen until ready to serve.
