Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet Puff Pastry (thawed)

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack

1/2 cup Sliced Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 large Egg (for egg wash)

Dipping Sauces: ranch, sriracha mayo, or honey mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and garlic powder.

3. Roll puff pastry to 1/4 inch thick and cut into 2-inch strips.

4. Spoon filling on one half of each strip, fold and twist.

5. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash.

6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne.

Use pickled jalapeños for a tangy, milder flavor.

Freeze unbaked twists and bake from frozen as needed.
