3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups hot cooked white or brown rice

Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

4. Serve over rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add more red pepper flakes or drizzle sriracha. Substitute rice with cauliflower rice for a low-carb version.
