Description

A colorful and flavorful Mexican 7 Layer Dip featuring refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Perfect for parties and game days.


Ingredients

32 ounces Refried beans

2 tablespoons Taco seasoning

2 cups Guacamole

2 cups Sour cream

2 cups Cheese, shredded

3 cups Tomatoes, diced

2.25 ounces Black olives, sliced

1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped


Instructions

1. In a bowl combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir until smooth.

2. Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 13” x 9“ casserole dish.

3. Top with a layer of guacamole.

4. Spread a layer of sour cream over the guacamole.

5. Add a layer of cheese over the sour cream.

6. Next a layer of fresh tomatoes.

7. Top with black olives and green onions.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with tortilla chips. Great for parties, potlucks, or game day.
