Description

Peach Dumplings with fresh peaches, crescent dough, butter, and cinnamon sugar baked into a bubbly golden dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced into 8 wedges

1 can crescent roll dough, 8 count

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup lemon-lime soda

Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place one peach slice at the wide end of each triangle.

3. Roll the dough around each peach slice and place seam-side down in the baking dish.

4. Mix melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined. Spoon over dumplings.

5. Pour lemon-lime soda around the edges of the dish.

6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.

7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving with extra sauce and optional vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture.

Pour soda around edges to keep tops crisp.

Serve warm for best flavor.
