Description

Creamy peaches and cream popsicles made with fresh or frozen peaches, whipping cream, and vanilla for the perfect summer frozen treat.


Ingredients

Scale

3 cups sliced peaches

1 ¼ cup whipping cream

½ cup whole milk

34 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon cornstarch


Instructions

1. Add peaches, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch to a blender.

2. Blend until completely smooth.

3. Add milk one tablespoon at a time if mixture is too thick.

4. Pour evenly into popsicle molds.

5. Freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid.

6. Run molds under warm water to release.

7. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Use coconut cream and almond milk for dairy free option.

Taste peaches first and adjust sugar as needed.

Freeze overnight for best texture.
