Description

A creamy, sweet, and savory Pepper Jelly Dip made with whipped Boursin cheese and topped with spicy-sweet pepper jelly. Perfect for parties or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

2 (5.3 ounce) block Boursin cheese, softened

1 tablespoon half and half

½ (10 ounce) container pepper jelly

1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives, optional

1 (10-ounce) container of wheat or butter crackers


Instructions

1. Add softened Boursin to food processor or bowl.

2. Add half and half; pulse until whipped and smooth.

3. Spread whipped cheese on a serving plate.

4. Microwave jelly 10–30 seconds until loosened.

5. Pour jelly over cheese and sprinkle chives.

6. Serve with crackers or pita chips.

Notes

Use cream cheese if Boursin is unavailable.

For extra spice, use jalapeño jelly.
