Pie crust for 9 inch pie

5 cups sliced peaches

1 egg beaten

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

3/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons butter

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2. Combine peaches and lemon juice then drain

3. Prepare pie crust and brush with egg

4. Mix dry ingredients and combine with peaches

5. Fill crust, add butter, cover with top crust

6. Bake at 450 then reduce to 350 and finish baking

Drain peaches well

Use cold butter

Cool completely before slicing
