Description

This Philly Cheese Steak Pasta combines tender beef, bell peppers, onions, and creamy cheese sauce for the ultimate comfort food dinner.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or steak strips

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.

2. Sauté diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil until tender.

3. Add beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until smooth and creamy.

5. Add pasta and toss to coat. Top with provolone and broil until golden.

Notes

For extra richness, use steak strips instead of ground beef. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or microwave.
