Description

For the Sauce

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)

1/3 cup Pineapple Juice

2 tbsp Honey or Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Rice Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp Water

For the Main Dish

1.5 cups Cooked Rice

1 cup Pineapple Chunks

1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced

1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped


Instructions

1. Sauté the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken until browned.

2. Prepare the Sauce: Add garlic, soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, and vinegar; simmer.

3. Thicken the Sauce: Add cornstarch slurry, cook until glossy.

4. Combine: Return chicken, add pineapple and bell pepper; stir well.

5. Add Rice: Mix in cooked rice; heat through.

6. Garnish: Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
