Description

A quick, comforting Asian dumpling soup made in just 15 minutes — filled with savory broth, tender potstickers, and fresh greens.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package (12 oz) pork or chicken dumplings

4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

2 cups fresh spinach or bok choy

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

1. Gather all ingredients.

2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.

4. Add dumplings and cook until tender.

5. Stir in spinach or bok choy and soy sauce; cook until wilted.

6. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.

7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Best served fresh. For leftovers, store broth and dumplings separately to avoid sogginess.
