Description

Pumpkin Spice Pull Apart Bread is a soft, layered fall dessert made with refrigerator biscuit dough and sweet canned pumpkin pie mix, finished with a simple vanilla glaze.


Ingredients

Scale

¼ cup sugar

1 ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Biscuits

¾ cup canned pumpkin pie mix (not pumpkin puree)

½ cup powdered sugar

2 to 3 teaspoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Prepare a loaf pan with nonstick spray

3. Mix together sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl

4. Separate dough into individual biscuits

5. Flatten each biscuit and spread about 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie mix on top

6. Sprinkle with pumpkin spice-sugar mixture

7. Layer biscuits into 4 stacks of 5

8. Arrange stacks in loaf pan with plain edges touching sides

9. Bake for 40-45 minutes until deep golden brown

10. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove

11. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm bread

12. Serve immediately

Notes

Store in refrigerator up to 5 days

Freeze up to 3 months wrapped tightly

Thaw overnight in fridge and reheat 15-30 seconds before serving
