Description

Creamy raspberry fudge made with white chocolate and swirled with jam. Quick 10-minute microwave dessert perfect for Valentine’s or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup seedless raspberry jam (warmed slightly)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting later.

2. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

3. Stir in vanilla and salt until blended.

4. Pour mixture into pan and smooth surface.

5. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam across the top and gently swirl with a knife.

6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until set. Lift and cut into squares.

Notes

For a festive touch, top with crushed freeze-dried raspberries before chilling. Store covered at room temperature for 5 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
