Description

A creamy, spicy, and tangy Cajun-style Remoulade Sauce perfect for shrimp, sandwiches, or fries.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup (312g) sriracha sauce

1 cup (230g) mayo

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder or two garlic cloves, minced

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Sea Salt Flakes to taste

⅓ teaspoon onion powder or 1 tablespoon minced onion (optional)


Instructions

1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

2. Whisk until blended.

3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste.

Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Use as a shrimp dipping sauce or po’ boy spread.
