Description

Restaurant-Style Salsa made in just 10 minutes with bold, fresh flavor. Perfect homemade dip for tortilla chips.


Ingredients

Scale

1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes (with juice)

2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes & green chilies

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 jalapeño, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Tortilla chips (for serving)


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

2. Pulse about 10–15 times until you get your desired texture.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

Notes

Adjust jalapeño for desired heat level.

Chill at least 1 hour for best flavor.

Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
