Description
Crispy sheet pan tacos made with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and baked tortillas for an easy one pan meal perfect for a quick family dinner.
Ingredients
6 6-inch tortillas
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup salsa
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa or pico de gallo for serving
Sour cream for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
2. Cook ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet and season with salt and pepper
3. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and salsa then mix well
4. Brush or spray both sides of tortillas with oil and place on baking sheet
5. Add about 1/4 cup taco meat and 1 tablespoon cheese to each tortilla then fold in half
6. Bake for 10 minutes then flip tacos carefully
7. Bake another 5-10 minutes until tortillas are crispy and golden
Notes
Add extra cheese on top after flipping for a cheesy finish
Adjust taco seasoning based on taste preference
Serve immediately for best crispiness
