Description

A crispy, cheesy fusion sandwich that combines garlic bread, bolognese, and spaghetti for the ultimate indulgent lunch.


Ingredients

2 slices soft Italian Bread

1 tablespoon Butter at room temp

½ teaspoon Basil

2 cloves Garlic

1 tablespoon Finely Grated Parmesan

½ cup Bolognese Sauce

1 cup Angel Hair Pasta


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix garlic, basil, and butter together. Spread on one side of each slice of bread.

2. Press ½ tablespoon of Parmesan into the butter on each slice.

3. Cook angel hair pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.

4. Toss cooked pasta with bolognese sauce.

5. Lay one slice of bread buttered side down, add mozzarella, then the spaghetti mixture, then more mozzarella.

6. Top with second slice of bread, buttered side up.

7. Cook on medium-low heat, covered, for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.

8. Serve hot.

Notes

Use leftover pasta for convenience.

Add truffle oil or basil for a gourmet twist.

Pair with soup or salad for a complete meal.
