Description

Crispy, buttery Spinach Cheese Puffs filled with creamy feta and spinach – the ultimate party snack everyone will love.


Ingredients

Scale

4 ounces cream cheese softened

1 large egg

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon dried dill

2 cups fresh spinach chopped and packed

¾ cup crumbled feta

2 teaspoon bacon bits

salt and pepper to taste

1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed

1 tablespoon butter melted


Instructions

1. Spray 9 cups in a muffin pan with cooking spray.

2. Microwave cream cheese until soft.

3. Add egg, oil, and dill; mix until smooth.

4. In another bowl, combine spinach, feta, and bacon.

5. Mix in cream cheese blend; season with salt and pepper.

6. Cut puff pastry into 9 squares, line muffin cups.

7. Fill each with spinach mixture and fold corners.

8. Brush with melted butter.

9. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden.

10. Cool 10 minutes before removing.

Notes

Perfect make-ahead appetizer for holidays or parties. Freeze unbaked puffs and bake fresh when needed.
