Description
A sweet and spicy crockpot appetizer made with frozen meatballs, chili sauce, grape jelly, and pineapple tidbits.
Ingredients
48-ounce bag fully cooked frozen Homestyle Meatballs
12 ounces Sweet red chili sauce (Thai Kitchen)
20 ounces Grape jelly
20-ounce can Pineapple tidbits, drained
Instructions
1. Place the frozen meatballs in your crockpot and add the sweet red chili sauce.
2. Add in the grape jelly and drained pineapple tidbits.
3. Stir everything together to coat evenly.
4. Cover and cook on high for 1–2 hours or low for 3–4 hours.
5. Uncover and stir again before serving.
Notes
Use homestyle meatballs instead of Italian for best flavor.
Halve the recipe for smaller slow cookers.
Stir occasionally for even coating.
Turkey meatballs make a lighter option.
