Classic Tater Tot Casserole made with ground beef, creamy sauce, and crispy golden tots.

1 lb ground beef

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1 small onion diced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag frozen tater tots

salt and pepper

optional garlic powder paprika

1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. Cook ground beef with onions and seasonings

3. Mix in soup and sour cream

4. Spread mixture in casserole dish

5. Add cheese layer

6. Top with tater tots

7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes

8. Add more cheese and bake 5 minutes

9. Cool and serve

Use single layer tots for crispiness

Add vegetables if desired

Store leftovers in fridge
