Description

Crispy, cheesy Tater Tot Nachos loaded with fresh toppings — the perfect easy party food or game day snack.


Ingredients

Base:

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Toppings:

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (optional)

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup diced red onion

½ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

½ cup sliced black olives

1 avocado, diced

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

¼ cup chopped cilantro

1 lime, cut into wedges

Seasonings:

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cumin

Hot sauce or salsa (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Spread tater tots on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.

3. Sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin.

4. Transfer to oven-safe dish, top with cheese, and bake 5–7 minutes until melted.

5. Add black beans, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and olives.

6. Top with avocado, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve with lime and hot sauce.

Notes

Serve immediately for best crispiness.
