1 1/2 cups shortening

1 egg beaten

5 tbsp cold water

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp salt

2 cans peaches

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup half and half

1. Prepare crust dough

2. Chill dough

3. Mix filling

4. Assemble cobbler

5. Bake or cook over coals

Rotate Dutch oven for even cooking
