Description

This creamy and protein-packed tuna salad makes a quick, healthy lunch or meal prep staple.


Ingredients

Scale

2 (5-ounce) cans tuna

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 stalk of celery, diced

2 tablespoons red onion, diced

1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or chives

½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans.

2. Add tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, red onions, herbs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a bowl.

3. Mix well until combined.

4. Serve plain, in lettuce wraps, or as a sandwich.

Notes

You can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
