  • Author: William Cantor

Description

A fun and easy yogurt and fruit cone snack perfect for kids. Creamy yogurt layered with fresh fruits inside a crunchy cone makes snack time exciting and healthy.

Ingredients

Scale

4 flat-bottom or waffle ice cream cones

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

1/2 cup strawberries, diced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries

1 banana, diced (optional)

Granola (optional, for crunch)

Honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

1. Wash and dry all the fruit thoroughly

2. Cut larger fruits like strawberries and bananas into small bite-sized pieces

3. Spoon a small layer of mixed fruit into the bottom of each cone

4. Add a generous spoonful of yogurt over the fruit

5. Continue layering fruit and yogurt until the cone is full

6. Top with extra berries, granola, or a drizzle of honey if desired

7. Serve immediately and enjoy before the cone softens

Notes

Using fruit at the bottom helps keep the cone crisp longer

Greek yogurt adds extra protein and a thicker texture

Try seasonal fruits like peaches, kiwi, mango, or blackberries

Best served immediately after assembling
